Become An Assistant
​Snow Pro Assistants are confident, parallel skiers on all terrain who would like to develop leadership on the slopes! They will assist certified instructors in various programs and learn class management, safety, communication and more! They will also train with our program supervisors to improve their skills around program times to prepare for taking entry level certification courses.
This is a paid position. All program applicants will gain valuable experience by submitting an application with resume and participate in a brief job interview. Please note, Snow Pro Assistants are not eligible for Caledon Membership dues reimbursement.
Snow Pro Assistants will receive a uniform jacket and name badge for the season. The name badge and uniform must be returned on the day of their final shift. No experience or certification required. Applicants must be 14 years of age by December 31, 2026.

SKILL ABILITY – Snow Pro Assistants are confident, parallel skiers on all terrain that have the ability to assist young skiers load and unload all lifts at the Caledon Ski Club.

WORK COMMITMENT & PROGRAM DATES:
Snow Pro Assistants will be working in the 9-Week Program (see dates below) and have the opportunity to join Camps 1-3.
​
9 Week Program – *Saturday & Sunday January 2 & 3 through Saturday & Sunday February 27 & 28. *The 9 Week Program includes Family Day Weekend
Camp 1 – December 19-22
Camp 2 – December 27-30
Camp 3 – March 15-18
