*Note – U12 athletes (born 2015 & 2016) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  U14, U16, U18 racers may attend camp independently – you will be partnered with another athlete in your accommodations.  Parents with racers age U14+ wanting their own accommodation please contact the Competitive Office for details. 

​

Camp price includes: 8 days on snow, shared accommodation, lift tickets, meal plan, lane training, coaching, equipment shipping, ground transportation to and from Kamloops airport.  NOTE - Parent price does not include lift tickets. 

​

Not included: Flights.  Note - Flight information must be shared with the Competitive Office to arrange ground transportation.  All campers should arrive in Kamloops (YKA)  no later than 3pm local time and departure flights should be no earlier than 10am local time.

Friday, December 4 - Air Canada AC105 YYZ to YVR 8:45-11:55, AC8058 YVR to YKA 14:05-14:57

Flight Return:

Sunday, December 13 - Air Canada AC8055 YKA to YVR 10:20-11:22, AC114 YVR to YYZ 13:30-19:57

Code of Conduct – all athletes must adhere to the Caledon Ski Club and venue Code of Conduct.  Failure to do so may result in removal from camp at the athletes expense.

Sample Schedule:

6:30/7am morning warmup & breakfast

7:55am meet on snow

8-11:45am morning session with water and warming break

12pm lunch at hotel

12:55-3pm afternoon training session

3-4:30pm quiet time, homework

4:30pm stretch

5pm dinner

5:45pm team meeting

6-8pm homework in designated area

8pm in room

8:30pm lights out

A group chat will be created to communicate updates during camp.

 

Camp Price & Registration Deadline:

Athlete Price $4950 plus tax.

Parent/Guardian Price (Shared Accommodation) $2850 plus tax

 

50% deposit due November 1, 2026.

50% balance due November 15, 2026.
