Refunds / Cancellations

​Member Program Protection & Refund Policy​

The Member experience at the Club is of utmost importance to us in the Alpine Programs Department. Once registered in our programs your investment will be protected should we be required to make changes to our offerings.

In the event of an unexpected early end to the season, a prorated refund will be issued without any administration fees. Please note that if certain programs incur additional costs beyond the cancellation date, refunds may be adjusted accordingly.

If a participant must withdraw from the program due to medical reasons or injury, registration fees shall be partially refunded (pro-rated), less a $50 administration fee. ​

Christmas Camp Program Refunds

On or before December 1st - 100% camp program refund less $50 Administration Fee

After December 1st - 50% camp program refund less $50 Administration Fee

 

9 Week, 11 Week, 13 Week & 14 Week Program Refunds

On or before December 4th - 100% program refund less $50 Administration Fee

After December 4th and before the program start date 50% Refund less $50 Administration Fee

March Break Camp Program Refunds

On or before March 1st - 100% camp program refund less $50 Administration Fee

After March 1st - 50% camp program refund less $50 Administration Fee
